Lost & Foundry studios and gallery was founded in 2011 by artists Nemo Gould and Jeremy Mayer. At the time the compound was still firmly rooted in its decaying past life as a decommissioned metal foundry. In the ensuing years the roughly 15,000 square foot facility has been developed one square foot at a time to include work spaces for 12 artists and craftspeople (scroll to bottom of page to see resident artist profiles). Our mission is to maintain a space where creative freedom can be pursued on an individual and collective level. We also aim to provide a cultural base for our members, hosting regular exhibitions for our selves and our colleagues to provide a bridge between artists and the communities they live and work in.
